NDASCD COMMITTEE CHARGES

The Committees are charged with keeping subjects under review, focus the Board on those things that need Board attention and make constructive recommendations for Board decision.

LEGISLATIVE

Committee Charge: Deals with State and Federal Legislative matters of interest to the Districts.

DISTRICT OPERATIONS/RESEARCH

Committee Charge: Deals with operating issues facing Districts including planning, capacity development, agreements with others, funding, fiscal management, personnel, supervisor training, reporting or any other matter affecting efficient and effective district operations. Shall also identify current and future research needs and desires of SCDs.
